How we work

Small team. High standards. Low ego.

We build with students, not at students. That means we ship, listen, measure, and iterate. If something is confusing, we fix it. If something doesn’t help consistency, it doesn’t ship.

  • Clarity over hype: we’d rather be precise than loud.
  • Speed with taste: fast is good; clean is better; both is the goal.
  • Ownership: if you touch it, you improve it.
